Restaurant Le Chariot
The term chariot is derived from Greek and originally refers to the ancient battle carts. Alone or in pairs, mythological heroes like Hector or Achilles sped toward their unfortunate enemies in their chariots. Gastronomically the term was adopted to refer to the occasional table used to offer a more luxurious service to the restaurant guest. Later these tables were further developed to be heatable.
Especially when it comes to carving roast beef or carré de veau in front of the guests, such chariots are still popular today. On demand we offer our guests the possibility to enjoy this treat.
